Release Release Release
The theme of life is releasing what no longer serves us. But how do we know what those attachments, patterns, habits, and ways of thinking are?
Holding space for the Self, giving ourselves the opportunity to feel our emotions, connect with our intuition, our Guides, and our Creator, is the way to identify and release.
Sessions are a wonderful way to identify these limitations and areas of difficulty as well, but you still have to do the work. You still have to take the suggestions given in your session and do something with them. Spending time with the Self and seeking that internal conversation is the only way to move through the release. And consistency with doing that work regularly brings the release to completion. It’s not usually a one and done type of thing. It takes dedication to your path and wellness. Continually meeting yourself in stillness, seeking deeper communion and relationship with your Self and your Guides, and the Mother and Father. Putting your health and self care first. The healing can’t do itself. We have to choose it again and again.
